Fossil Abyss
Like an organic form suspended between time and light, Fossil Abyss emerges from the silence of the depths. Inspired by marine structures—shells, reefs, calcified tissues—this sculpture inhabits the boundary between the mineral and the living.
The alabaster, carved into soft, translucent folds, evokes a fossilized remnant of something once supple, while the inner light pulses like a submerged memory of life. The mirrored surface not only reflects its surroundings but transforms the piece into a window onto an inner sea.
Fossil Abyss is a capsule of abyssal stillness. A mineral echo of the primordial ocean.
