Aqua Fossil Drop table II
The table is made of a single block of Alabaster. We have personally selected this block for its uniqueness, since it is formed in an area of white Alabaster. The splash of water has been sculpted on its surface trying to reflect the water origin of the Alabaster stone. The rest of the block is composed of Alabaster mixed with other minerals and clay filtrations, which allows us to appreciate the moment of transformation of the mineral, or in our concept, the transformation of the state of the water, from liquid to fossil. The outer surface of the block has been sculpted simulating the process of water erosion in the rocks, revealing the beauty of all the filtrations of other minerals in the Alabaster. The sides maintain the essence of a raw block of Alabaster that contrasts with the delicacy of the subtle drop of water sculpted on its top.
